Gabriel is one of our favorite producers — his attention to detail at every stage of processing shows in the cup.
Bright grapefruit opens things up, clean and citrus-forward, before giving way to a deep cacao richness and a long, settled finish of caramel. Filter-focused and medium roasted, this is a coffee built for slow mornings and intentional brewing. Simple. Expressive. Distinctly Colombian.
