CHELCHELE Isolated Origin — Ethiopia Yirgacheffe needs no introduction — but Gedeb, tucked deep in its southern reaches, is where some of Ethiopia's most electric naturals come from. CHELCHELE is named for the washing station at its center, where smallholder farmers from the surrounding Banko Chelchele community bring their carefully harvested cherries. At 2,100 meters above sea level, the altitude here is exceptional, and it shows in every sip. This is a natural process coffee that leans fully into what Ethiopia does best.
