SANTA BARBARA
SANTA BARBARA is a natural process isolated origin from the Santa Bárbara region of Honduras, grown at 1,600 meters above sea level where cooler temperatures and high elevation slow maturation and deepen sugar development. The result is a layered, fruit-forward profile built on structure and weight. Sweet plantain and molasses create a rich foundation, ripe blackberry brings a dark, juicy lift, and cacao nib adds a grounded bittersweet edge that carries through a long, composed finish. Roasted to highlight both density and clarity, it performs beautifully as espresso with syrupy body and controlled acidity, while filter brewing reveals more of its fruit nuance and cocoa depth. Wake up. Dream big.
