CHELCHELE Isolated Origin — Ethiopia Yirgacheffe needs no introduction — but Gedeb, tucked deep in its southern reaches, is where some of Ethiopia's most electric naturals come from. CHELCHELE is named for the washing station at its center, where smallholder farmers from the surrounding Banko Chelchele community bring their carefully harvested cherries. At 2,100 meters above sea level, the altitude here is exceptional, and it shows in every sip. This is a natural process coffee that leans fully into what Ethiopia does best.

Blueberry comes first — bold, jammy, unmistakable — before opening into a wild, almost effervescent fruit punch quality. Gooseberry closes it out with a tart, lingering brightness that keeps you coming back. Espresso-focused and medium roasted, CHELCHELE pulls beautifully as a straight shot — rich, fruit-forward, and alive with complexity.

Huila is one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee departments, and Gabriel Castaño's lot from this region is exactly why. Nestled at 1,800 meters above sea level, where the Andes climate slows cherry development and concentrates sweetness,

LA GRANADA is a washed process coffee that leads with clarity and precision. Gabriel is one of our favorite producers — his attention to detail at every stage of processing shows in the cup. Bright grapefruit opens things up, clean and citrus-forward, before giving way to a deep cacao richness and a long, settled finish of caramel. Filter-focused and medium roasted, this is a coffee built for slow mornings and intentional brewing. Simple. Expressive. Distinctly Colombian.
