Strawberry Whipped Cortado

Meet our Strawberry Whipped Cortado – an enticing twist on the classic coffee delight. Crafted with DOUBLESTAR and shaken with homemade strawberry syrup and oat cream, this drink lends a creamy texture that complements the fruity and bold espresso base.

RECIPE:

2 OZ ESPRESSO - DOUBLESTAR

1 OZ STRAWBERRY SYRUP

(Syrup Composition)

200 grams granulated sugar
150 grams of water
30 grams of dehydrated strawberries
10 grams of floral honey
Bring ingredients to a boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.

Side note: sub in Strawberry Syrup by Proper Syrup.

1 OZ OAT CREAM

Ratio: 3 OZ of oat milk to 1 OZ of heavy cream
