BIGFACE makes specialty coffee in two lines, sold as 250g bags of whole bean coffee. Omni coffees are multi-origin blends built to work as espresso, pour over or drip: Doublestar, Earthshine, Nebula and Kilonova. Isolated Origin coffees are seasonal single origins from one farm or community, each roasted specifically for espresso or for filter.

BIGFACE offers store credit on apparel and accessories returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. We don't offer exchanges or refunds to the original payment method.

- Coffee and all other perishable products - Gear, including drinkware, barista tools and brewing equipment - Any item purchased at 50% off or more - All international orders

To return an item for store credit, email hello@bigfacebrand.com with your order number and our team will help you through it. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right, including on final sale items.

Yes. BIGFACE ships across the United States, with free shipping on orders over $75. Orders ship within 2–3 business days. International shipping is also available, and import duties or tariffs are paid by the recipient.
In August 2024, The New York Times reviewed BIGFACE in a taste test of celebrity coffee brands. BIGFACE has also been covered by CBS News, and its Miami café was featured by Sprudge. Collaborations include the BIGFACE × Fellow Espresso Series 1 and pop-up cafés with Square in San Francisco.
BIGFACE currently sells whole bean coffee only, roasted to order for the freshest cup.
